This 1996 Cartier Panthere 22mm is crafted in polished stainless steel, featuring a square-cushion case with subtly rounded edges and Cartier’s signature crowned octagonal winding crown set with a blue synthetic spinel. The silvered grained dial displays bold black Roman numeral hour markers, blued-steel sword hands and the discreet “Cartier” signature within the X numeral.
The Panthère de Cartier is a timeless design that reworks Cartier’s 1980s icon — elegant, bold and jewellery-inspired. Its aesthetic evokes the panther motif long associated with Cartier, while the W25033P5 (Ref. 1320) variant is a late-1990s to early-2000s “small” size (22 mm) quartz model, designed for women who favour both elegance and everyday wearability.
