Novuna Finance is a convenient financing option we offer to help you purchase luxury watches and jewellery. This allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over a period of time with manageable monthly payments.

Assuming you will be accepted, you can finance up to £20,000 on our luxury watches and jewellery. Novuna has the final say on who they will lend to, and how much.

Yes, customers are required to leave a deposit when opting for finance. Novuna accepts a minimum 30% deposit, but you can pay more if you wish.

   On any product page, select 'Finance this...' and fill out the form that appears just below the product.
2. Deposit Requirement
   When you proceed to checkout, you will be required to pay a deposit.
3. Application Process
   After the deposit is received, you will be redirected to the Novuna website to complete an application form.

1. Application Approved
   If your application is approved, we will process your order and dispatch your goods within 48 hours to the same address on your application, subject to final checks. Please note, we cannot ship your item to another address.
2. Application Referred
   If your application is referred, your order will be placed on hold. Depending on the outcome from Novuna, we will either proceed with dispatch once fully approved or refund your deposit if the application is rejected. Refunds will appear in your account within 3-5 working days.
3. Application Declined
   If your application is declined, we will immediately refund your deposit, which will take 3-5 working days to clear in your account.

Yes, you can also finance jewellery as well as our range of watches. Assuming your desired piece meets the requirements for finance, you will see the option to pay with finance on any eligible product.

Once your finance application is approved and all checks are complete, we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours.

If your finance application is declined, we will refund your deposit within 3-5 working days. You can then choose to pay by other means or select a different product within your budget.
